Aqua Essence Spa
I had a blast photographing for Aqua Essence Spa in Duck, NC for their advertising and website. This beautiful spa overlooks the breathtaking water and it’s blazing sunsets. How relaxing and decadent. The Aqua S Restaurant is our next endeavor. I can’t wait. Thanks goes out to Lynette Sumner the wonderful proprietor.
This is the second cover on Inns Magazine they have chosen one of my pictures. So ecstatic.
I am so excited that Outer Banks Bride magazine decided to feature one of my beautiful weddings in their spread! This was such an intimate, fun wedding that was chock full of spectacular details. The ceremony was at the Elizabethan Gardens in Manteo, NC and they had a full course sit down wine dinner at Aqua S Restaurant in Duck, NC. I loved the whole feel of this wedding from the dancing on the deck at sunset to the decadent food that just kept coming, dish after dish.

Now is the time of year that I step back and take a look at the past year and it’s accomplishments. I take a breather and regroup for some fresh ideas and get ready to learn some more for the year to come. I truly love my work and am blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful clients and vendors. I wanted to say thanks to all of my wonderful brides and grooms. It was such a pleasure to work with you all this season. I have chosen some highlights from the weddings of this past year and they show how much fun we all had. Enjoy!

Wedding ~ Heather Loves Reed
The Elizabethan Gardens is such a magical place for a joining of two people and it was truly felt at this wedding. The beautiful trees draped in romantic spanish moss just sets the mood. The earthy, fall colors were absolutely beautiful with their vintage feel. Everything was so warm and had a fall feel. 108 Budleigh for the reception was breathtaking as usual. Flowers by Dorothy with Bells and Whistles. Black Pelican catered the event and the food was to die for. Cake by Melinda with Just Desserts and it was gorge! Reverend Robert Woody was the officiant and the ceremony was very touching. The entire wedding was planned and executed perfectly thanks to Beth Pallett with Engaging Events. Thanks for allowing to be a part of your special day and I wish you forever happiness.
