When I met Meritte and Nolan for their engagement session last year in Nags Head I was overwhelmed by how sweet and in love this couple was. They both work at Disney World for gosh sake! How could they not be. They really went all out for there wedding at Bodie Island Lighthouse with vintage benches in the grassy field in front of the light house. This is such an unusual and beautiful spot for a ceremony and we got some great shots with everyone their including family and wedding party. They were able to have three locations for their photos which made them even more fun and diverse. I don’t always get more than one location for their photos so I was ecstatic. We all hopped on the bus over to Coquina Beach for some romantic feet in the sand pictures and on to the reception at 108 Budleigh in Manteo, NC. We were able to slip out for some shots on the waterfront in Manteo. The colors were a royal blue and white which really popped. I loved the centerpieces with state parks and the long strings of greenery. They danced the night away and made the most of their Outer Banks Wedding.
